Termination

User-Initiated Termination:
  • You can terminate your account at any time by sending a mail to the app’s support mail. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to any parts of our service that require an account.

ActX-Initiated Termination:
  • We may terminate or suspend your access to the app without prior notice or liability, for any reason including, but not limited to, a breach of these Terms.

  • While ActX may terminate access at any time without prior notice, we strive to provide a reasonable explanation post-termination, especially in cases of suspected breach of terms.

Upon termination of your account, your right to use our services will immediately cease. All data associated with your account will be deleted within 90 days of closure, except as retained in accordance with our data retention policy necessary for our legitimate business purposes, legal or regulatory compliance.
