Connect with the user you want as your emergency contact.
Send a request to confirm them as your emergency contact.
Tap the red button to call for immediate support when needed.
Create a habit to track: positive or negative.
Note: Depression is counted as negative; exercise is positive.
Choose the number of days you want to track.
Answer 'Yes' or 'No' daily to record your progress.
Collect coins and level up with each milestone.

Tap the 'Chat' button to open the chat interface.
Enter desired tags in the search bar to find related chat rooms.
Select a chat room from the list of tagged chats.
